Product Warranty

We warrant everything we sell to be free from manufacturers defects (The product performs as it should upon delivery). All of our products come with a manufacturer/distributor parts warranty; 180 days for frame, 90 days for motor, and 30 days for other parts, from the date of purchase. A warranty card must be mailed in prior to any warranty. This warranty covers only parts replacement and does not cover labor or any other occurrences of loss related to the defect. We will replace any part deemed by us to be defective free of charge. Certain restrictions and stipulation apply. Manufacturer warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. belts, tires, chains or batteries etc). Manufacturer warranty does not extend to consumer abuse, neglect, and ignorance, nor damages caused by shipping or handling.

The following is a list of items not covered by the warranty policy after use. This list is not all inclusive and may be modified at any time. Batteries, Belts, Brake Pads, Chains, Clutch, Foot peg mount, Hand Levers, Hoses, Lights, Mirrors, Plastic Body, Seats, Shocks, Spark Plugs, Tires, Transmission.

This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what caused the damage; defective materials and / or product abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

Extended Warranty

In order to insure our product quality to our customers, you may extend your factory warranty on your vehicle by purchasing the following :

6 Months Extended Warranty : $69.00 ; 12Months Extended Warranty: $99.00
