Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS ground freight or other frieght trucks. Please note that all orders will be processed between 24-48 business hours. During holiday season, due to extremely high volume, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders. These orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days after processing. However, if the item(s) is backorder, our representative will contact you for the shipping status. We only ship to the lower 48 US states. Customers who live in Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Inland and Hawaii please email or phone us for shipping prices. Items that include shipping costs do not applied to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Inland and Hawaii. Currently, we are not ship to the international addresses.

All vehicles such as ATVs, Pit bikes, Scooters, Buggies are insured at their full purchase value when shipped. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any incidents associated with the shipping company or unexpected events, weather that may cause delivery delays.

All orders must have a physical address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO.

Payment

All orders must be paid in US currency.

We accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express money orders, cashier checks, and wire transfers. No personal check. Please call our office at 1 800 768 2086 for orders that are to be paid for by money order, cashier check, or wire transfer. Cashier check and money order must be mailed to our corporate headquarters and clear before orders are shipped.

If you pay us by money order or cashier check, we offer 4% discount to the item price. Shipping costs are not applied to the discount. For additional information please contact X-offroad Motor Ltd. at 1-800-768-2086.

Return / Cancellation

All return item(s) must be in the manufacturer packing, new, unopened, no damage condition. All returns must be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by contact us at 1-800-768-2086 before items can be returned and qualified for the refund. All items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number. Item can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a X-Offroad Motor at 1-800-768-2086 in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Once the item is shipped, the order can not be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and a 25% restocking fees. The shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Customers are responsible for noting damage to the packing on the shipping invoice and immediately checking their order to ensure that there are no damages and the order is correct. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the shipper and X-Offroad.com immediately upon delivery if there are any damages to the shipping container that might affect the item(s) within. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) that are damaged while being shipped. Please report all orders that are incorrect or damaged immediately.

Others

Once you completed an order online, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not received any email, please call 1-800-768-2086 or send an email thru the contact us page. After order has been shipped, you will received an email states delivered status with tracking number, if applicable.

Item(s) that are not deliverable or refused delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs.

Orders that have partial items that are backordered will be sent as a complete order when all items are received for shipping. You may call to have item(s) not on backorder be sent immediately however additional shipping charges may apply.

We reserve the right to correct or update any price changes made by our distributors or correct any discrepancies made to this website as a whole.

Manufacturer warranty is the only warranty that applies to item(s) purchased. Please be advised that we do not warranty items sold but will assist if possible in processing of warranty issues.

Most Pit Bikes come 90% assembled and require only a minimal amount of assembly. Please check and tighten all bolts and fasteners when you receive your pit bike.
