How long will it take to deliver my order?

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving. ATV, Pit bike, Scooter, Buggie orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 days after processing, and will ship via UPS Freight, or other carrier freight trucks. Please note the carrier will contact you at the phone number you provided to arrange delivery appointment. You must be available for delivery. All other items will ship thru DHL Ground, Fed EX, UPS or USPS Parcel Post after processing, but sometimes can take from 5 to 7 days. We offer overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery for parts and accessories in the "Shopping Cart" drop down menu. If expedited shipping is required, these will be billed separately.

Do you ship international?

The standard shipping cost only applies to the lower 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please contact us before you make an order.

How do I return an item?

Customers are allowed to return items as long as they are not used or damaged and are in their original manufacturer packaging. Items can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge, if applicable. Customers can chose either store credit or a return of funds. All returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 1-800-768-2086 before items can be returned. What forms of payment can I use to place orders?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, money orders, wire transfers, and cashier checks. Please call our office for orders that are to be paid for by money order, cashier check, and wire transfer. Cashier check and money order must be mailed to our corporate headquarters and clear before orders are shipped. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason due to costs associated with the immediate processing of orders.

Is there a minimum dollar amount for ordering?

No minimum order.

Can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO?

No, we do not ship to these destinations due to our carriers restrictions. All orders must have a physical address.
